In Estonia we have a tradition of bringing a real and natural Christmas tree in our homes at Christmas time. I accidentally happened to find some very nice self-made Christmas decorations on the internet, so I got inspired and decided to make some Christmas balls myself.
Besides Waldorf dolls there`s one more thing I admire so much. It`s the sock animals. They`re so damn cute!!! I´ve tried making some myself and I must say I totally loved it. You can check my sock toys here.
Saturday morning seems just like a perfect moment for crocheting a warm winter hat, don`t you think!
After designing 15 new animals for my new book I am longing for making some dolls. Here is my latest project. I thought it would be small and easy, but it wasn`t. After three failures I finally succeeded with the fourth one. She is perfect to me!
My second book “Kaisuloomakirg” was just published and I feel so so happy! The book is available in Estonian, but it is quite possible that it will be translated into English in the future. I will definitely keep you posted :)
The preparations of the book took more than a year. I guess you probably noticed I didn`t post much and didn`t publish new patterns. Well, now I´m in my normal working mode again and I have plenty of ideas to accomplish!
If you want to sneak peek between the covers, then my beloved husband made this lovely video.
