Buttons the Bunny in “Designer Amigurumi” book

In summer 2017 I had a wonderful chance to work on a pattern for the book “Designer Amigurumi” which was released just recently by Tuva Publishing. You can grab your copy on Amazon!

According to the publisher it`s a “cosmopolitan collection of crochet creations from talented designers”. I am honored to be in the same list with such creators like @nina.hookcreations, @handmadelenon and @tinycurl just to bring out some of them. Also I am proud that there are 2 Estonian designers featured in that book. Besides me Kristi Tullus (@kristitullus) has participated with 2 of her most favourited patterns.
In this book all patterns are worked with DMC Natura Just Cotton family yarns. The smaller bunny is made with smaller hook and fingering weight cotton and the bigger one with bigger hook and aran weight yarn. So easy!
I am happy to introduce Buttons the Bunny from the book “Designer Amigurumi”. It`s such a wonderful baby shower gift and can be made in tens of color variations. What I really enjoyed was the large variety of colors that Natura Just Cotton has to offer. But of course you can use any other yarn in your desired colors just as well.
You can see my smaller bunny is yet unfinished on that photo. Well, it`s a pity I didn`t take any proper photos of my bunnies before sending them away. However, you will find nice shots of them in the book :) I really love the layout of “Designer Amigurumi”. It has such a style and beautiful colors. And it definitely suits a beginner too, because it includes a thorough introductory part from picking materials to stitch explanations.
In April we had the book promotion tour on Instagram where many people made designs from the book. I made Cheeky bird by Kristina Turner. It was an awesome pattern, really well written! You can see how it turned out on the photo below. I have it on sale in my shop as well :)
