Amigurumi Toys to Discover in the Book

The cuddly toys in a children’s room are something that belongs to childhood. Be it a bear or some other animal, it will offer any small human a sense of security and warmth. The book was born out of love. Creating toys is a passion that has propelled me forward for eight years already, and all the different options that the amigurumi crochet technique offers enchants me ever more still. It’s really about craftsmanship.

In this book, the animal characters are bears, along with rabbits, dogs and cats, and there are more unusual characters such as a lizard, a rat and a dragon. These surely are unusual domestic animals to come home with; luckily they’re all made in fluffy yarn.

The heroes in this book are my favorites, and I hope they’ll become yours as well. Children are the ones who’ll give their final approval for the toys and if you notice a small glint in their eyes you know that you have succeeded at something great, and it’ll encourage you to continue this journey.
