I am making this mouse. What row should I sew the ears onto the head? What row should I sew the arms and legs onto the body?

Sew the ears about 7 rounds up from the eyes. When attaching the arms, skip 1 round at the top of the body. When attaching the legs, skip about 5 rounds from the bottom of the body.
This pattern is written in 2012, so sorry for it not being as precise as my later instructions.
