FINISHED PRODUCTS

Finished items will be shipped within 2-5 business days after the payment is received (cleared). It takes approximately 7-10 days inside Europe and 10-21 days outside of Europe for packages to reach their destination.

Please be aware that any international custom charges are your responsibility.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me at lilleliis@gmail.com within 14 days after receiving the item. You can only return the products that are not used or damaged. You will get a full refund within 14 days if the item is sent back in it`s original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

ELECTRONICAL PRODUCTS

Downloadable products (patterns) are delivered by email. When checking out with PayPal or Credit Card, you will receive an automatic download link immediately after the payment is completed. When sending the payment via bank transfer you will receive the link within 24h of the payment arriving at our bank account.

There is no refund or exchange option for downloadable products.
