Making a Purchase

On the lilleliis website, there are two separate shops – an international shop for worldwide customers (in English) and a local shop for Estonian customers (in Estonian). The product selection in these two shops may vary. Please make sure you are browsing and checking out from the international shop.

Add products to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. Please review your selection carefully, as some items are finished products and others are downloadable patterns.

You can modify the contents of your cart at any time before proceeding to checkout. Once you have entered your details and completed the order, changes can no longer be made.

Shipping costs will be added to orders that require delivery.
Downloadable products do not have shipping costs.

Making a Payment

All prices in my shop are in euros (EUR).

You can choose from the following secure payment methods at checkout:

• bank link payments (via Montonio)
• PayPal
• credit card payments (via Stripe or Montonio)

All payments are processed securely. If you are paying in a different currency, your bank or payment provider will automatically convert the amount.

Orders are processed and shipped after the payment has been successfully completed.

Delivery of Finished Products

Finished items are shipped from Estonia. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment has been received.

Delivery usually takes approximately 3-10 business days within Europe and 7-21 business days outside Europe.

Shipping methods may vary depending on the destination. Whenever possible, I use parcel lockers for delivery. If this is not available, your order will be shipped via courier or national postal services.

Tracking is not automatically provided for all shipments, but it is available upon request.

Please note that any international customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be informed by email.

Delivery of Downloadable Products

Downloadable products are delivered by email. After completing your payment, you will receive an automatic download link that allows you to download the pattern to your computer or any other device.

If you do not receive the download link, please check your spam/junk folder or contact me at lilleliis@gmail.com.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me at lilleliis@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Returns are accepted only for products that are unused and undamaged.

A full refund will be issued within 14 days after the item has been returned in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Downloadable products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

User Licence of Downloadable Products

When purchasing a pattern, you will have lifetime access to the file, including any future updates. To protect the files from misuse, access is limited to 100 downloads or openings.

I recommend downloading the pattern to your device and keeping a backup copy, for example in cloud storage or on an external drive.

If you experience any issues with downloads or need renewed access to your files, please contact me by email.
