A versatile Christmas crochet project

The pattern includes three different ideas for assembling and displaying your garland. Hang it on a wall, shelf, mantel or window, or use the individual trees to decorate your Christmas tree and gifts.

Make your trees in traditional green or experiment with different colors, yarns and small embellishments to create your own unique decorations.

    Finished product looks great in photos, but pattern lacking in detail. No explanation how to do spike stitch, photos look as though sc worked in back loop only, but pattern doesn’t say this. Pattern references starting chain at the beginning, but later refers to magic ring. I’m confused which is a shame as the design looks lovely!
