Downloadable products (patterns) are delivered by email. When checking out with PayPal or Credit Card, you will receive an automatic download link immediately after the payment is completed. When sending the payment via bank transfer you will receive the link within 24h of the payment arriving at our bank account.

There is no refund or exchange option for downloadable products.
