Amigurumi bunny in a vest – Rainbow Bunny Crochet Challenge 12/12

This is my December bunny. The twelfth and last bunny of Amigurumi Rainbow Bunny Crochet Challenge 2021. This time I made a bunny in a vest.
Do you remember my November bunny in a dress? Well, this time I made her a friend – a boy bunny in a vest. They are a matching couple!
The crochet vest was originally designed for my French bulldog. To make it smaller and fit the bunny, I used 2 mm crochet hook instead of 3 mm. The vest is so simple to make, and easily adjustable for different toys and dolls. Here you can purchase the vest pattern only.
Did you notice I´ve placed the eye patches a little differently this time? The wider parts up, not on the sides. I´ve seen some crocheters getting a super cute result when placing the patches like this. However, I must admit for me it works a bit better the way it`s originally designed.
