February bunny – Rainbow Bunny Crochet Challenge 2/12

Here`s a hello from my February bunny. The second bunny of Amigurumi Rainbow Bunny Crochet Challenge 2021.

The color of the month was red, but I chose terracotta shade cause I´m not a huge fan of bright red. First, I felt like nothing will match with this strange color of yarn, but then I found a couple of great combos. One of them was a fabric that had been waiting for it`s day in the locker for too long. It`s a lovely plant and strawberry print, but for some reason I never used it before. I feel so happy about how it works together with the yarn and those cute light pink eye patches. To give a little more color, I used green for the tail.

Yarn: Drops Merino Extra Fine

Hook: 3 mm

Fabric: lovely plant and strawberry print

Height of the finished bunny: 31 cm
