Crochet garland with bears and letters was made for my nephew August for his first birthday gift. I think it turned out cute. Why I decided to make a garland? The reason for this was that later when the kid is bigger, I can please him with toys. But until he is a baby, he […]
I did a little yarn test comparing Schachenmayr Catania and Ricorumi DK on the same bunny pattern. The idea was to make the same bunny (my favorite Sweet Childhood Bunny) with different yarns but in almost identical color scheme. I wanted to see how similar or different the bunnies turn out. Also how much the […]
Before and after the year change I worked on an amigurumi acorn. It was a customer order and kind of a sad story.
Happy New Year, dear crochet friends!!! Wishing you lots of happy crochet hours and many exciting amigurumi projects for 2023! It has become a tradition to look over the past year in our personal life, and remind us about the most exciting things that happened or major changes that took place. It`s a pity I […]
Before Christmas I finished a new doll. Here she is – my Christmas tree doll.
Recently I received a customer order from a lady who wanted to have a funeral wreath dedicated to her grandma who loved to crochet. Although for a sad reason, I was so happy to be part of this project because it sounded so unique.

I made a new crochet bird with Christmas in mind. A great tit. Want to hang these on the tree. I hope it will be super pretty! I haven`t tried attaching a ribbon or rope yet but I hope it`ll work.
Here`s an amigurumi tiger toy made as a customer order. I was so happy to make a tiger after so many years, and especially glad how he turned out. Although I´ve made hundreds of toys during the years, I´m still always nervous when getting a customer order like this.

It`s an important topic because there are makers from different parts of the world, and we do not have the same brands and materials available in our regions. Or, sometimes it can be that a yarn used in the pattern is simply too expensive for the maker. […]
Finally I wrote down the pattern of amigurumi moon fairy doll. She was designed a year ago (blogged here). It`s a beautiful crochet dreamcatcher baby gift. Perfect for decorating the nursery room of a newborn girl.
